Advice for first time visitors
PowAir: “What should pet owners know or prepare before bringing their dog to your Day Care Centre for the first time?”
Lucy: “Prepare for a tired, happy and enriched pooch! Our enrolment team will have ensured that we have all of the information we need from you for a smooth induction to day care, come your first day. Your dog’s carers will have been briefed on any specific dietary requirements or medical conditions and your Onboarding Form will help us to understand your dog’s needs, preferences and temperament, ready to match them with the pawfect field at day care amongst dogs of a similar size, personality and age. And as soon as they arrive back home, they’ll be ready for their first Bruce’s snooze!”

Using PowAir to eliminate dog odours
PowAir: “How do PowAir Odour Neutralisers help to ensure a clean and hygienic environment at Bruce’s?”
Lucy: “We use PowAir Odour Neutralisers to help us maintain a clean and hygienic environment throughout our cabins, doggy buses and office spaces at Bruce’s. Between daily washes of our plush bedding, PowAir helps to keep things smelling fresh – especially during the wetter months when that ‘wet dog smell’ is in the air!
The PowAir Odour Removal Blocks and PowAir Instant Pet Odour Destroyer Spray are both used throughout our daycare facilities to combat wet dog smells and any accidents that may have occurred in our Puppy Preschool!

“Bailey has been going to Bruce’s since he was a puppy which is 9 years now. He loves going and each morning he sits by the window watching for the doggy bus. When he sees Alex get out of the bus he’s so excited he literally runs to the front door to greet her and happily goes off with her for his action packed day. When Alex brings him home, it feels like he says “Bye Alex, See you tomorrow. A day at Bruce’s gives Bailey the exercise and socialisation he needs to make him a very happy dog. It’s great to get the weekly enrichment activity photos and we regularly use the grooming services which have always been excellent. Highly recommended.”
